    Description

    Bevilles has a proud history dating back to 1934 as a jewellery brand to inspire, build confidence and transform people's lives.

    Boasting 34 stores across Australia at present, this role will see you provide volume recruitment expertise to drive best practice talent solutions.

    Encompassed within the Michael Hill Group, you will enjoy our incredible office facilities in Cannon Hill and be welcomed as an integral member of our wider Talent Acquisition team.

    You will partner with retail and support centre leaders to attract and retain quality talent.

    Your strong business acumen combined with your ability to engage and consult with mid to senior level managers and stakeholders across the business will see you succeed in this role.


    We're looking for candidates who have:

    Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, preferably in an internal volume environmentHad exposure to recruiting a wide range of customer facing rolesThe ability to promote and build a high-performance culture through the attraction, assessment and selection of the highest calibre of talentExperience and proven success in facilitating searches, market mapping and sourcing in line with role briefsSuperior relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of influencing and collaborating with people across all levels of a large, complex, exciting organisationWe can offer you:A fun and collaborative team who are valued within the organisationFlexible working arrangements – a blended week working from our state of the art offices in Cannon Hill and work from homeOpportunity to impact the business and people's careersExclusive team member discounts on jewelleryA location with on-site parking, also accessible by public transportIf you are an excellent communicator, client and candidate focused, innovative and proactive then we would love for you to realise your potential with us.
