In a nutshell, if you're the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner we're looking for, you'll be teaming up with our People & Culture crew to make sure we bring in the right talent to keep things running smoothly.


What you'll do:

Onboarding: Help our newcomers settle in smoothly.

Pipeline Management: Keep a solid list of potential hires ready to roll.

Collaboration: Work with managers to understand hiring needs to achieve our recruitment strategies.

Market Research: Keep tabs on industry trends to help us stay competitive.

Compliance: Make sure we're playing by the rules in hiring.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Spread the word about why working with us is extraordinary

HRIS System:Keep our recruitment systems in top shape.

Ad hoc Support: Help out with People & Culture admin tasks.


Desired Skills and Experience:


Experience and skills you'll bring:


  • 25 Years Talent Acquisition experience preferred
  • Remote team experience is a plus
  • Can handle diverse stakeholders across operational and corporate business units
  • Excellent communication skills (virtual and in real life)
  • A natural problemsolver
  • Customerfocused and can work with anyone
  • Good at juggling priorities
  • Techsavvy (Microsoft Suite, HRIS, Canva, Visio, etc.)
