    RECEPTIONIST AND MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR

    Sandgate, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSW

    Receptionists (Administration & Office Support)

    Mullane have developed an enviable reputation for providing high quality plumbing, roofing and electrical services to the Newcastle and Hunter Region since 1925. The business currently employs over 280 highly skilled and experienced people and we now have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Team.

    We are looking for a customer focused, multi skilled outgoing person who possesses outstanding organisational skills and a supportive disposition. The right candidate will also enjoy providing excellent customer service in a busy, phone and email based reception position.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • First point of call for answering a multi-line telephone system
    • Logging and responding to email enquiries
    • Creating and scheduling jobs in a task management IT system
    • Assisting with Compliance documents and lodging forms with authorities
    • Maintaining site induction registers
    • Administrative support for relevant management personnel
    • Building relationships with suppliers, customers and employees

    The ideal candidate will have the following:

    • Excellent friendly phone manner
    • Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and prioritise tasks
    • Exposure to Simpro or similar job management platform desirable
    • Previous experience working in the plumbing, electrical or other trade background.
