We currently have an excellent opportunity for a talented administrator to join our team on a maternity leave contract, based in Beresfield in the role of
Maintenance Administrator .


About the role

  • Coordinating and maintaining induction process for our plant operators
  • Coordinating and maintaining site medicals and checks
  • Data entry and maintenance of different systems
  • Collection and distribution of documentation / alerts
  • Raise work requests / purchase orders
  • Matching invoices and amending purchase orders
  • Receipting of goods against purchase orders

About you

  • Proven administration experience desirably within heavy industry
  • Experience with various data systems and excellent Microsoft skills
  • Be highly organised and a sound communicator
  • Have the ability to work under pressure within tight timeframes
  • Be able to work autonomously to meet team goals
