Permanent Full Time - Monday to Friday (Monthly ADO).
Salary Classification:
Administration Officer Level 3 Yr 1-2.
Remuneration:
$33.30-$34.33 per hour, excluding superannuation.
About the role
Radiation Oncology's Administration Officer provides frontline clerical support including, billing, new patient and therapy bookings to suit service need as directed by the Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance.
Liaise with clinical, non-clinical and relevant stakeholders efficiently when performing all duties.
Referral management, making new patient and treatment review appointments as part of our Patient Bookings teams.
What you bring
Excellent customer service skills and experience.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Competence in administrative skills and general office procedures.
Computer and general literacy with accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
Ability to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
The Calvary Mater Newcastle is an Affiliated Health Organisation providing services to both public and private patients primarily from the Hunter New England area.
Current employees of NSW Health can request to have various leave entitlement balances transferred to Calvary Mater Newcastle on commencement.
