    Eight Mile Plains Community Health Centre but is required to work across sites

    Metro South are looking for an Administration and Contracts Manager to join their Eight Mile Plains Community Health Centre team.

    The sucessful person will supervise the team delivering client-focused administrative services, including contract administration, across multiple facilities/sites and specialist areas for Metro South /Aged Care Services in line with organisational goals and guidelines and consistent with relevant legislation.

    Metro South Healthis Australia's first digital health service and one of the largest in Queensland, with an estimated residential population of approximately one million people or 23 per cent of Queensland's population.

    About the Role

    Provide on-the-job training to staff, and/or identify training/professional development opportunities, in collaboration with individual employees, to help them meet the expectations of their role.

    Encourage professionalism in staff by leading by example and mentoring staff, communicating workplace expectations and behaviours, and by maintaining consistent standards, practices, processes and procedures.

    Foster teamwork and individual accountability by leading the team through changes to the way work is performed by the team and providing feedback to staff about their performance.

    Be responsive to staff's needs during periods of high volume and/or challenging situations, including acting as a point of guidance, intervention or escalation.

    Respond to the and Aged Care Services Managers feedback about service provision and/or identify and progress improvements in administrative systems, processes and procedures and/or identify improvements in staff performance to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness in service provision, balancing administrative compliance with service expectations.

    Conduct quality audits of work undertaken by the team to ensure data integrity and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
