    Learning and Development with Governance experience doing e-modulesThe ClientOur client's data assets are expanding rapidly, prompting a significant investment in cutting-edge analytics capabilities.

    They need to effectively interact with and utilise this data.
    Building a data-literate workforce is essential for achieving our client's ambition to become a data-driven retailer.

    A data-literate workforce will lead to greater adoption and utilization of data assets, resulting in improved ROI, innovation, and better outcomes for all stakeholders.

    The team is responsible for empowering individuals and teams to confidently interact with and understand data in their daily activities

    The RoleLearning Consultant Specification:
    Our client is seeking a motivated Learning Consultant/Instructional Designer to join the Data Literacy team.

    The primary focus of this role is to develop high-quality learning solutions, particularly for accelerators targeting specific personas within the organisation.

    You will need experience with governance and e-modules.
    Key ActivitiesDefine learning outcomes and objectives for accelerators in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    Develop targeted data learning interventions, such as microlearning modules and digital tools.
    Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences.
    Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and assess its quality and accuracy.
    Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure learning impact and effectiveness.
    Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the development process

    Key Deliverables:
    Learning experience and pathway design.
    Persona-tailored blended learning solutions.
    Instructional design and content development.
    Performance management analytics and insights for continuous improvement.
    Approximately 1-2 e-learning modules

    Location:
    Sydney Based (hybrid)3-month contract with extensions highly likelyRemuneration: $850 inc super PD
