    The Company
    Our client is a multi-discipline firm that offers a full range of financial services to SME's across diverse industries including Business Advisory, SMSF strategies, Accounting & Tax, and Virtual CFO.

    The Opportunity
    As an inspirational leader you will inspire your team to do great work while working across a diverse client group. You will have a strong technical proficiency in tax & consulting & modelling engagements.

    Your day-to-day tasks would include:

    • Manage a portfolio of $1mil+
    • Lead, mentor and support the accounting team, fostering both individual and team growth
    • Create, maintain and develop strong client relationships
    • Identify client business performance issues and offer value-added services
    • Drive innovation and growth within the company

    About You

    • Degree qualified
    • CA/CPA qualified
    • 10+ years' experience of Australian public practice experience with extensive experience as a manager
    • Excellent software skills
    • Superior time management skills
    • Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor accountants at all levels
    • Exhibit strong understanding of Australian Tax Laws
