    Who we're looking for:

    We are looking for an experienced Administration/Customer Service professional to join our passionate and fast-paced Fleet Services Team in either our Sydney or Melbourne office. The pivotal role of Senior Fleet Services Consultant will be responsible for managing and coordinating operational and administrative functions within the team, whilst providing direct support to the Team Leader.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Management and ownership of end-to-end Registration process and providing key inputs into process and system improvements, resulting in zero overdue/expired registrations;
    • Support function to Team Leader - Fleet Services by updating or creating of process documentation (and communications) relating to existing processes or new process improvements;
    • Provide support to Fleet Services team when Team Leader is absent;
    • Management of all administrative related tasks, including but not limited to: Fuel card tracking/reporting, cancellation reports, workflows, customer cases, fuel revisions and new card ordering, rejection handling;
    • Proactively support all other fleet services functional processes and related tasks (e.g. Registrations, Fuel, Tolls and Infringements) with a view to ensuring team members are coached, developed and cross trained where possible;
    • Administration support as required within operations team;
    • Deliver upon agreed SLA's and KPI's;
    • Take ownership and be accountable for the resolution of customer cases, issues, and queries;
    • Take the initiative to contact customers and internal stakeholders to resolve customer cases, issues, and queries whenever possible;
    • Establish and maintain working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Has intermediate experience in a professional Administration and/or Customer Service environment, focused on responding to and resolving complex issues and customer queries (Fleet or Leasing experience looked upon favourably);
    • Is data -driven and has the ability to interpret data, recognise trends and grasp concepts quickly;
    • Is passionate about Customer Service and is confident in reconciling sometimes complex and ambiguous customer issues;
    • Can coach and inspire team members;
    • Possesses exceptional time management skills;
    • Has an excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
    • Displays outstanding oral and written communication skills.
