About the role


Having recently acquired ANZ's Investment Lending Business, we are on the search for a new Service Consultant to join our Customer & Partner Engagement team.

Your focus will be helping customers meet their financial needs using our geared solutions to achieve their investment goals. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service that is efficient, exceeds expectations and contributes to client retention and advocacy


Key responsibilities include:

Respond to customer and partner queries through various service channels
Process day to day transactions and fund outstanding trades
Manage risk in response to market volatility
Liaise with all business units and key stakeholders to action customer requests
Calculate potential scenarios with customers and their advisers around investment strategies
Educate partners and customers on our product range
Support outbound promotional business campaigns to customers and partners
Proactively identify process and business improvement initiatives

About you


To be successful in this role you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business or a relevant discipline (ideal but not mandatory)
Experience in Financial services with knowledge or interest in margin lending, financial markets, financial planning or broking
Demonstrated customer service experience ideally within financial services
Microsoft Office skills including Excel
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong use of initiative with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
High attention to detail with the ability to identify and remediate issues
