About this role:
Our client are an Australian-owned designer and manufacturer of high-quality Bathroomware.
Market leaders in the industry, they supply some of the most innovative and influential products to high-end and luxury projects throughout Australia.
As Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for working in the team and ensuring all customer queries are resolved, whilst building and maintaining successful customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high standard customer service operating procedures Work with the team and set good examples Ensuring all customer service is managed quickly and effectively Logging all customer issues through the database Booking in service calls with customers Dealing with incoming customer issues and demonstrating your strong technical knowledge Overseeing the external data entry representatives Monday to Friday in the head office
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service team Technical knowledge of the bathroom and plumbing industry desirable Calm, polite and pleasant to deal with Positive, outgoing and hard working attitude
