    THE ROLE

    Localcoin seeks to hire an Account Executive in Sydney, Australia, to enhance business relationships with both current and new clients, including franchise and independent partners.

    As an Account Executive, you will be pivotal in securing prime retail space for Localcoin's Bitcoin Kiosks and other offerings. Your tasks will involve nurturing existing relationships with retail partners and franchises, boosting the Localcoin brand in Australia through new retail collaborations and expanding market presence.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Secure prime retail locations for Bitcoin Kiosks and related products across Australia
    • Oversee the complete sales cycle for product placement by working closely with retailers, operations, and marketing
    • Generate leads through various approaches such as cold calling, field visits, and communication with current partners
    • Handle contract renewals for existing partners, including negotiations and closures to enhance client retention
    • Effectively manage and nurture retail partner relationships, ensuring regular interactions to maximize satisfaction and competitiveness
    • Educate clients on the advantages of Localcoin products/services within retail settings
    • Provide top-notch support to retail partners by actively listening, understanding, and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally
    • Handle inquiries on current contracts with retail partners, such as ownership changes or location modifications
    • Identify opportunities to expand business with current partners by addressing their business needs and providing suitable solutions
    • Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure any changes with retail partners/contracts are accurately reflected in Localcoin's internal systems
    • Attend in-person meetings at client sites for various purposes, including addressing concerns, handling disputes, contract renewals, and location audits
    • Stay informed about client trends and details like organizational structure, key decision-makers, financial aspects, and competitive landscape
    • Strive to meet monthly targets and key performance indicators

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales and account management
    • Proficiency in working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, FreshDesk, or Hubspot
    • Outgoing and customer-centric individual passionate about delivering positive experiences for all of Localcoin's partners
    • Strong skills in listening, negotiating, and problem solving
    • Effective communication abilities across various channels, be it phone, in-person, or other mediums
    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
    • Comfort operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing quarterly targets
    • Solid interest and knowledge in the cryptocurrency market
    • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
