About your new role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at AJF. Someone who is passionate about the advertising and marketing industry and ready to start their career


In the role you can expect to:

  • Support Account Managers and Account Directors on a day-to-day basis across campaign and project delivery. This includes updating work-in-progress documents, preparing task briefs and evaluating work against briefs.
  • Provide a superior client service experience, always finding ways to get things done whist keeping interactions classy and fun.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Assist with finance tasks, including raising job cost estimates and invoicing
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings, inclusive of invite lists, meeting room bookings, catering requirements, meeting agendas and contact reports.
  • Development of various documents, presentations and reports, including competitor research, creative compilations and production overviews.
