You will be a sales thought leader, a true partner and a collaborator with clients seeking to reinvent the way they do business.

You will work closely with your clients within Victoria State Government Departments delivering Pega innovative software which crushes business complexity by streamlining service to boosting efficiencies, allowing Government to make better decisions and get work done with real-time AI and intelligent automation all critical for the Victorian Government's Digital Transformation agenda.


What You'll Do at Pega:


  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple stakeholders across the clients with Victorian Public Sector organizations.
  • Leverage Public Sector / State government industry and product knowledge to share insights about how a client can drive business value.
  • Penetrate into new departments and radiate new business within existing customer base in assigned territory.
  • Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales activity through prospecting.
  • Strong sales skills are critical in terms of forecasting, executive presentations and business planning
  • Work with Pega's strong Alliance Partners to jointly generate Pega value propositions to take to Government

Who You Are:

A motivated enterprise software sales executive, driven to add value to your clients and their business process automation strategies.

You are able to push the customer's thinking to quickly gain credibility, build a strong relationship and contribute to the success of our clients and Pega.


What You've Accomplished:


  • 7 + years of direct enterprise software sales experience
  • Knowledge of a Victorian Government and its agencies
  • Stable and progressive history of quota achievement
  • Solid foundation in account management, radiation, and pipelining
  • Track record of challenging and improving a customer's way of doing business
  • Knowledge of BPA, DPA, RPA, CRM and Case Management enterprise software solutions
  • Experience working with the Ecosystem
  • Prior participation in a formal sales training
  • Outstanding presentation skills
