Account Executive
As part of the Starcom team, the Account Executive ensures planning is delivered to clients with superior quality and accuracy.
In this role, you will evolve your media skills in both Account Management and working across various offline media channels.

What you will do with us:
Account Management
- Maintain great working relationships with the clients and creative agencies
- Support the Account Manager with day to day planning tasks such as competitive analysis, basic audience profiling, inputs for small budget implementation responses and media plans
- Participate in team and client WIPs to maximise knowledge of client's business
- Collation of data and inputs for post analysis presentations including campaign delivery, proof of posting etc.
- Responsible for all material instructions and supporting the Account Coordinator
- Leads monthly proformas invoicing process to ensure finance loadings match media plans and MBA/PO approval documents
- Efficiently address any account queries
- Trafficking digital campaigns and checking weekly delivery
Team management
- Actively train and manage Account Coordinator workflow
- Ensure accuracy of output for yourself and direct reports
- Ensure you engage the wider team with market knowledge and updates
What you will bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Account Coordinator / Account Executive role
- Has a keen interest to grow in planning across offline media channels
- Intermediate knowledge across Excel, PowerPoint and Roy Morgan
- Proven ability to exceed campaign objectives
- Attention to detail that is second to none
- Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box
- A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others
- A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
