Account Manager needed to join industry-leading information and data management solutions firm with business-driven technology designed for the world's largest banks, financial services and healthcare companies.

Headquartered in One World Trade Center at the heart of New York City's Financial District with offices around the world.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Customer time and milestone tracking
  • Customer invoice submission and Customer approval processing of all invoices
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Perform Project Management activities for key projects including planning, resourcing, status and risk management, and client communications
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff


To be successful in this role you must have extensive proven work experience as an Account Manager/Sales Account Manager, or similar role and have the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.


You will need experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs along with the ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills and solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) a must.
