    We are recruiting two Senior Legal Administration Assistants for our client, an ASX listed business

    The Company

    Our client is a global ASX listed legal business and we are very excited to be partnering with this group to appoint two new Legal Administration Assistants; located in their Perth office.

    The Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-level secretarial support
    • Develop specialist skills in billing and knowledge management
    • Conducting legal research and compiling relevant information
    • Drafting legal documents and reports
    • Manage finance systems for accurate billing and financial operations
    • Coordinating Partners' appointments, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements
    • Prepare financial reports and support ad-hoc projects
    • Perform any other administrative duties as required
    • Maintaining confidentiality

    Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal, Team/Legal Administrator or similar role
    • Experience across in MS Office Suite and legal softwares/CRM systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Attention to detail and confidentiality
