About the role


We have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our friendly Learning and Development team at our West Perth head office on a permanent full-time basis.


This role will support the Learning and Development team with administrative processes such as course scheduling and student registration, assisting with training completion reporting, data entry, creating student resources, monitoring the inbox and updating course handbooks.


About you
You'll love being organised, problem solving and being across a diverse range of tasks.

Along with this, you'll also have:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience using Moodle or Chris 21 is desirable
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage your time is a must
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
