    Your new role:

    • Joining our exceptional IT Team and reporting to the Help Desk Team Leader
    • Assisting colleagues with technology queries and contributing to IT projects
    • A position offering both variety and challenges

    To succeed in this role:

    • Must prioritize delivering top-notch service
    • Skilled problem solver and communicator
    • Proficient in PC and Mobile hardware, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server administration
    • Experience with Active Directory/Azure, firewalls, and cloud-based infrastructure is a plus
