Responsibilities

  • Level 1 and 2 IT Support
  • Assisting with incidents and requests.
  • Coordinate the creation of user profiles for company computer systems
  • Support imaging of computers, troubleshoot printers and monitor communication links
  • Security Admin for ERP System

Qualifications

  • Certificate Tertiary qualification in IT

Experience

  • Experience working in an ITrelated role
    minimum 2 years technical experience in PC maintenance
  • Demonstrated supporting knowledge of End User Computer hardware including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, & printers
  • Sound understanding of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, SharePoint & OneDrive
  • Knowledge of basic networking such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing/subnets, WLC wireless required to support basic desktop troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salary is negotiable.
