Our client is a well established national law firm based in the heart of the CBD, they have an amazing office and a standout culture.

They require an IT Helpdesk Support Officer to work in their IT team and support the company with day to day troubleshooting.


Key Duties

  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Helpdesk
  • Run diagnostic problems to resolve problems
  • Coordinate and execute software updates and maintenance
  • Equipment set up including hardware installation and software testing
  • Daily internal and external inquiry response
  • Internal client communication regarding service request progress, impending changes or planned outages
