We are looking for a

Junior Helpdesk / Desktop Support to join our LEAP Dev internal IT's team. Reporting to our Systems Support Engineer, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious IT support person with good interpersonal skills and strong desire to help and assist our end-users. The job will include some administrative tasks with the perfect opportunity to grow technically and gain experience in a corporate environment.

What will you be working on as the Junior Helpdesk/Desktop Support?

  • Making sure meeting/huddle room video collaboration systems are ready for the day.
  • Assisting with incoming request for support and offering first level troubleshooting issues on PCs, MACs, Printers, Network.
  • Keeping up to date tickets notes, timesheets, and documentation.
  • Purchasing hardware and software.
  • Maintaining an uptodate asset management for hardware and software.
  • Setting up new hardware (PC/Mac) and organising delivery to endusers on time.
  • Organising hardware returns from users.
  • Keeping IT expenses records up to date.

What experience do you need to become a Junior Helpdesk/Desktop Support at LEAP Dev?

  • Basic IT experience/knowledge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Windows 10 Professional experience (Mac desirable).
