You'll be working with a team of other helpdesk support engineers providing L- L2 helpdesk support services located in North Sydney.

We cant tell you who the major brand name is right now but you will surely be excited when you do


The Role


In this position you will be troubleshooting moderately complex delivery systems or network issues and escalate problem as appropriate and assist with basic computing delivery systems configuration management.


You must also ensure that all documentation is current and aligns with Policies and Procedures, as well as participating in and responding to tasks as notified through the IT Service Desk.


About you

  • At least 2 years' experience in PC Support, with Windows 10 and MS Office 36
  • Working knowledge and experience with PC hardware and peripheral equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Certificate Level qualifications in IT and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
