The Role

As the Account Manager for our Concrete sales division, you will have the opportunity to work within an established company with guidelines and support from other functional teams.

This is a hands-on role in managing current customers and searching for new opportunities to enhance our business in a highly competitive market.

If you are motivated, have a strong business acumen and can deliver results, then this opportunity is for you

This is a full-time role based in Thebarton, SA.

Responsibilities

Deliver client-focused solutions
Drive new business opportunities through lead generation and market analysis
Demonstrable ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders at all organisational levels
Effectively manage multiple account management activities at a time
Excellent listening, influencing, negotiation and presentation abilities
Ability to interpret technical specifications and understand logistics chain of responsibility
Provide client and market led input into internal business strategies
Maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders

What you will need to succeed

Demonstrated success in developing and effectively implementing sales solutions
Confidence and self-motivation to achieve targets and identify opportunities for growth
Ability to quickly and effectively develop technical and industry competency in our products
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to proactively engage with both corporate and site-based external stakeholders and clients
The ability to work with clients to match our products and solutions to their needs
