    Our client is an established, household name based in Port Melbourne. They are currently on the search for a permanent Accounts Payable Officer.
    This is a full time opportunity situated within a great working environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Invoice processing
    • Matching invoices with orders and reports
    • Invoice register maintenance
    • Reconciliations
    • Payment processing
    • EFT preparation
    • Enter orders and variations
    • Dealing with queries and escalating when needed
    • Administration

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Substantial experience in a similar AP role previously
    • Ability to keep up with a fast pace
    • ERP software knowledge advantageous
    • Ability to prioritise, organise and communicate
    • Highly efficient approach to work

    You will be required to work onsite in Port Melbourne 4 days per week, with the option to work from home 1 day per week.
    This is a fairly relaxed work environment. People get together for Friday drinks but there is no pressure to join. The team are looking forward to welcoming someone new into the fold.
