Hours:
Up to 3 days a week, Wednesday and Thursday compulsory


Location:
South East Suburbs Melbourne - Local Council


Salary:
$39.50 per hour + super

About the Role:

As a Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our client.

This temporary contract, starting immediately and concluding in May 2024, offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute their expertise to the efficient management of accounts payable functions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the overall control of creditors and system administration for the creditors system.
  • Prepare invoices for scanning and distribution.
  • Input creditor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Distribute invoices for authorization to allow the payment of creditors.

Job Requirements:


  • Endtoend Accounts Payable experience.
  • Previous experience in government/notforprofit/education organizations or mid to largescale organizations.
