The company:
Join this trusted not-for-profit organisation that supports the Australian community every day, based in Melbourne CBD, 3000. They offer a positive work environment and promote a flexible and hybrid work culture. They are looking for an experienced part-time accounts payable officer to join their established finance team. This is a 2 day a week, 3-month assignment with the potential to extend.
The role:
Reporting to the company accountant, the accounts payable officer will be responsible for:
- Data entry and coding of invoices in Xero
- Processing FX payments
- Processing staff expenses and reimbursements
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations
- Endtoend accounts payable experience
- Experience using xero is advantageous but not essential
- Accurate data entry skills
