    The Opportunity


    In this role, you will lead a field-based Technical Team to effectively deliver, maintain & continuously improve Facilities Management services. Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service. This role will be based in Metro Perth.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    1. Manage day-to-day operations while developing strategies and business plans
    2. Regularly review KPI and performance reports to achieve the best standard of delivery
    3. Be the point of escalation and provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors working within the region
    4. Review and analyze financial reports and work to improve business performance, whilst delivering services maintenance budgets
    5. Manage maintenance agreements with contractors to deliver preventative, comprehensive and predictive maintenance
    6. Liaise with all key stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities, to ensure the field workforce is compliant with licensing and regulatory requirements
    7. Lead by example, coach and develop your teams to ensure safety compliance is a priority

    To be considered for this role:


    Previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs. Good understanding of building systems (electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing). Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational and administrative skills. Willing to undergo a Working with Vulnerable People Check. Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine. Be willing to receive yearly Flu vaccinations.
