The Role:

We are seeking a self-motivated
Transport / Operations / Depot Gateway Supervisor to successfully lead a tight-knit Operations team.

The incumbent will manage daily completion of team tasks as well as delegating first level employee related activities (including performance management, development discussions, employee related administration, and supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities).
