    The Business You Will be Joining:

    You will be joining a standout Global Medical device business with a focus on developing their staff, providing extensive training and internal promotion opportunities. This is your opportunity to break into the Medical Device sector.

    There is great potential within the organisation for future advancements and career development, especially as they are currently projected to grow their market share. We are looking for someone who will dedicate their focus on learning the products, procedures and providing exceptional service in the short term and move into a sales-focused role within 12-24 months.

    You will need the following Attributes:

    • Experience working in operating theatres or a surgical environment
    • A genuine drive and competitiveness to be the best
    • Sales and service-focused, energetic individual who thrives on achieving goals and set targets
    • High Business I.Q.
    • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours
    • A collaborative team member with superior communication skills
    • Ability to build strong rapport across a broad customer and peer base
    • Demonstrated ability produce high quality of results under pressure
