This established medical device company boasts a broad range of advanced surgical products across Electrosurgical, Instrumentation, as well as a highly sought-after Smoke Evacuation Capital Equipment and they are seeking a driven individual who is ready to take their first step into Medical Device Sales
This rare opportunity to step into surgical sales is open to an individual who;
Is a driven, hungry and self-motivated successful salesperson
Must offer successful commercial sales experience (ideally Medical Device / Consumables or Pharma / FMCG).
Ideally from a clinical background (Scrub / Scout Nursing) and/or background in Physiology / Physiotherapy / Kinesiology / Biomedical
Melbourne based.

Reporting into a highly experienced & inspirational, Business Unit Director, this position will see you trained and mentored in all aspects of OR surgical sales and product knowledge to ensure your successful transition into Medical Device Sales.

This position will best suit an individual who thrives in an SME environment where contribution of new ideas and ways of doing things are expected, and valued, where there is no red tape and long channels of decision makers which means you can effectively manage your territory as your business

Your relevant and tenured sales commercial career history will be rewarded with an attractive base salary plus additional package items such as superannuation, car allowance, tools of trade and an achievable, bonus structure.
