About the role
We're looking for a
Sales Representative to join the team.
This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen, serving as a bridge between technology suppliers and medical device manufacturers.

Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in ensuring that medical device companies have access to the right components while adhering to strict quality and compliance standards in a rapidly evolving industry.

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential medical device manufacturing companies that could benefit from the products we offer, such as biomolecular sensing chips, continuous blood glucose monitoring chips, braincomputer interface chips, electrical neural stimulation chips, DNA sequencing chips, highspeed data acquisition chips for medical imaging equipment, EEG/ECG/EMG/PPG signal sensing and processing SoCs, and biomedical PCB modules.
  • Consult with clients to understand their specific requirements for ICs, Parts, and materials in their medical device projects.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to recommend suitable ICs and components based on the client's needs and project specifications.
  • Prepare and present accurate product price quotations, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their component needs.
  • Ensure that all products and transactions adhere to industry regulations and documentation requirements, particularly in the highly regulated medical device sector.
  • Oversee the order placement and fulfillment process, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing any questions or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and changes in regulations that could impact product selection.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.
  • Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences and product satisfaction, relaying this information to the company for improvements.
  • Explore opportunities to expand the company's reach within the medical device manufacturing sector, potentially by identifying new markets or product niches.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market developments, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Depending on the scope of the role, be prepared to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and engage in facetoface sales activities.
  • Stay updated on advancements in IC technology and component offerings to remain a knowledgeable resource for clients.

What we need from you

  • Familiar with the medical device manufacturing industry, including its regulatory landscape, trends, and challenges.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of your products to clients, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • A customercentric approach with the ability to understand clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and build longlasting relationships.
  • A commitment to ensuring that all products and transactions comply with industry regulations and quality standards, especially considering the stringent requirements of the medical device sector.
  • The capability to stay informed about industry developments, competitive offerings, and changes in regulation that could impact product selection.
  • Effective communication, both in conveying technical information to clients and in collaborating with internal teams such as logistics and product development.
  • The highest level of professionalism and ethical standards in all sales activities, particularly considering the sensitive nature of medical devices.
