    Description

    Our client is a Non-Profit organization offering various services in the Disability, Youth, and Allied Health sector.

    This position will be in charge of multiple transformation projects within the NDIS Financial Plan Management department. This team handles the processing and payment of invoices for individuals with disabilities, amounting to $0.5B annually.

    Being one of the largest Plan Management providers in Victoria presents a great opportunity to expand and enhance this service, especially through digital advancements, system optimization, and process streamlining.

    The responsibilities of this role include:

    • Leading the development and implementation of digital, engagement, and efficiency-focused systems and processes
    • Identifying and executing improvements to enhance customer engagement and overall business performance
    • Ensuring preparedness for substantial client growth, emphasizing scalable and sustainable business transformation activities
    • Collaborating with Business Solutions to craft the digital strategy and timeline for project implementation
    • Keeping current with industry trends and regulatory changes to leverage potential opportunities
    • Establishing relationships with key contacts from the National Disability Insurance Agency for operational and compliance matters

    Leadership and Change Management:

    • Driving the implementation of new initiatives and strategies to foster business adoption
    • Focusing on the human aspect of change, aiding team members in adapting to new circumstances
    • Supervising internal controls for Financial Plan Management

    Given the size and complexity of the organization, candidates with CPA/CA qualifications and substantial experience in change/business enhancement are preferred.
