Salary:
$73,842 to $89,661 (Plus Superannuation)

  • Fixed term role 6 months
  • Usual hours of work: Full time
  • Usual work location: 1 Spring Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available)

The key accountabilities for this role will include:

  • Assist with the onboarding / offboarding of staff arising from the recent Machinery of Government changes and manage the roles to be provisioned to the employees in Oracle Fusion Cloud System.
  • Undertake key activities associated with Oracle Financials Cloud system operations, maintenance and administration, including (but not limited to) assignment of corporate cards, manage inactive card transactions, system end of month processes and monitoring of overnight processes.
  • Contribute to the review of Oracle quarterly releases. Undertake system and regression testing of bug fixes, test new system functionality and assist with documentation of relevant system and training of other users.


A Finance or Accounting degree and/or a professional qualification such as CA or CPA (or studying towards) is highly desirable.

Detailed knowledge and experience in the operational and functional use of Oracle Cloud would also be well regarded.
