- Provide HR support to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Victorian offices (Melbourne and Geelong) across the full employment lifecycle
- Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, providing best practice HR advice when resolving HR/Employee Relations issues
- Work with the broader P&C team to deliver people initiatives and projects that enhance employee performance, engagement, retention productivity and talent attraction
- Partner with Directors and line managers to support their business strategies from a HR perspective Contribute to the development, review and practical application of HR policies that enable and sustain a high performance culture
- Proactively coach and advise leaders on a wide range of people matters, informed by Company and Business Unit objectives and commercial and legal considerations
- Contributing to the development and implementation of workplace health & safety (WHS) and wellbeing programs across the company.
- A working knowledge of employment practices and legislation is essential
- Minimum 8 years' work experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in a professional services environment
- Tertiary and/or post graduate qualification in Business or Human Resources Management
- A flexible mindset and strong influencing skills
