    The Role


    Reporting to the Human Resources Director, your responsibilities will include:

    1. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures
    2. Analyse and report on compensation and benefits data
    3. Conduct job evaluations and market research to determine appropriate compensation levels
    4. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including income protection, superannuation funds and rewards programs
    5. Assist in the preparation of compensation and benefits budgets
    6. Assist in the coordination of the annual performance review process

    Skills and Experience


    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

    2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration

    Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
