About the Team

Our Unified marketing team is here to drive unbelieveable results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They're dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

The Creative Resource Manager role sits at the heart of our in-house agency.

It is pivotal to getting the work done in the most effective manner and driving creative and strategic excellence through finely tuned and highly efficient operations.

The primary focus is to keep projects on track and promptly address any issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless project flow and alignment from brief to delivery of work.

About You:

Proven track record in traffic/project management within an advertising/marketing agency or inhouse setting. Extensive experience in scheduling and managing creative resources, coupled with a deep understanding of the creative process and project management methodologies.

You will also:

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Balancing between demands and priorities effectively.
Proficient in using workflow tools, with a bonus if experienced with Asana.
Effective team player with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work autonomously.
Energetic, motivated, and adaptable.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with creative leads and agency ops to prioritize briefs.
Manage workload based on capability, availability, and capacity.
Ensure even distribution of work among creative resources.
Assess creative effort against expectations, ensuring accountability to deadlines.
Prioritize incoming requests aligned with project timelines and team capacity.
Maintain a centralized system for tracking project requests and assignments.
Use agency management tools (Asana) to plan and monitor creative project schedules.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, enhancing workflow efficiency.
Serve as the primary contact for project updates to key stakeholders.
Conduct project kickoff meetings to establish clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
