    Description
    Ideally suited role for someone with Financial Planning or Wealth Management experience. This is the opportunity to with Wholesale Wealth Clients in a highly varied role that sits between Operations and the Client.

    ROLE

    • Role designed to manage interactions between the "external client" and the business
    • Work with internal operations teams for onboarding new business
    • Point of escalation for Investment Platform related queries and other Investment Product queries
    • Build trusted relationships internally and externally
    • Resource manage and problem solve.

    PERSON

    • The person will enjoy a client centric approach and the person will enjoy problem solving.
    • Realistically our client would need someone with back office operations experience at either a stockbroker, wealth manager or financial planning firm.
    • Understanding of settlements, Anti Money Laundering and transaction processing great to have too.

    UPSIDE

    • Newly Created role that can be more closely defined by the right person overtime
    • Combine operations with external duties and client exposure
