We are actively seeking experienced Service Managers who are eager to take charge of our client's bustling Melbourne branch and oversee a dedicated team of service staff.

In this crucial position, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers, continuously enhancing and advancing those connections.

Your commitment to upholding exceptional standards of safety, quality, and customer service will be integral to their success.

To achieve the desired outcome for this position, you might have:
Trade certifications or existing experience within a Construction Equipment, Truck or Agricultural dealership
The ability to manage a service department with a focus on efficiency and profitability
Runs on the board in terms of customer sales, service and branch operations
A willingness to learn and accept new systems and procedures
An exceptional leadership style with a strong desire to perform within a positive team environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse easily with all levels of people within the business
