    We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to drive our product strategy and help us improve our market position through our modular products and AI capabilities. You'll play a pivotal role in not just executing the product roadmap, but also in mentoring our junior team members and shaping the product culture at Plexus.

    Your responsibilities

    • Serve as the critical link between our Plexus teams—Customer Success, Engineering, Deployment, and Sales—and our clients, turning client needs into successful product solutions.
    • Lead new product development from conception to execution, making strategic decisions rooted in data and user feedback to meet our goals.
    • Foster cross-functional collaboration, navigating through fast-paced environments to deliver products that redefine how legal services are perceived and consumed globally.
    • Drive impactful outcomes, aiming to achieve our goals: Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of 115%, grow by 15%, and reduction support per Monthly Active User (MAU) by 20%.

    The person

    • You will be a Product Manager with at least 5+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally within a tech startup environment.
    • A strategic visionary who thrives on challenges and is proficient in using tools like Power BI or Pendo to track product metrics.
    • You will be highly collaborative and effective at communicating across all levels.A proven track record of leading product features from problem definition to launch.
    • Experienced in conducting customer interviews, surveys and other feedback processes and reported on the findings to create product changes.
    • Worked with JIRA and Confluence to manage the product development process.
    • Someone who possesses a customer-obsessed mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive results in an agile team environment.
