We are now seeking a
Product Manager - Payment Service Providers who will be responsible for developing and successfully carrying out best-in-class customer engagement offerings for our Issuing and Acquiring clients in their quest to engage their customers with every electronic transaction made through their payment products.

You will play a vital role in advancing the fast-growing payment business of Worldline.

The role will be part of our Chief Product.

The overall goal is to professionally manage ANZ Worldlines acquiring partnerships and strategy with our Merchant Payment Service Providers, for example through improving and harmonizing processes throughout the partner lifecycle and providing technical and product support to the payment service providers.

Your tasks

  • Payment Service Provider management, e.g. support gateways, work with them to complete certifications and implement scheme mandates
  • Continuous collaboration with partnerrelevant internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Operations)
  • Partner communications (e.g. deployment of a gateway communication portal, preparation and communication of release notes to payment service providers)
  • Partner management process harmonization support (e.g. design and implementation of a more consistent payment service provider management processes across entire WL perimeter)

The team has 5 people working on product management across a range of products including; inhouse e-commerce solutions, merchant payment service providers and our omni-channel offering.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • You develop, lead and publish the product roadmap building the unique selling points (USPs).
  • You support the product development lifecycle by defining development requirements; own the design process and deliverables.
  • You communicate and coordinate with vital team members across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key insights.
  • You define success criteria & metrics of new products.
  • You build the product commercialization model substantiating this with a financial business model.

  • You are expected to develop and complete a product roadmap and vision on customer engagement and product experiences that can help our clients to deliver a high level product experience.
  • You are a selfstarter that will deliver against product and business goals.
  • You will work with the product development teams and vital team members to define and plan the next generation product offering.

Skills we can't do without:


  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent field
  • 5+ years' experience in product management
  • Handles multiple assignments at a time and/or significant project.
  • Requires limited supervisory over
