    Description

    Join our team as the People & Culture Manager for this top Australian company! Take on a crucial role in shaping and carrying out our people strategy and operations.

    You'll be in charge of the day-to-day HR tasks at our Sydney office, providing key business support to our national client groups. Lead a team of Consultants and collaborate closely with other P&C Managers and the wider people team.

    About the role:

    • Lead a team of P&C Consultants
    • Provide strategic business partnering and advice
    • Handle talent management and succession planning
    • Effectively manage employee relations cases and performance
    • Develop and implement initiatives in culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion, and wellness
    • Contribute to Workforce Planning
    • Design and interpret policies
    • Oversee Project Management

    About you:

    • Prior experience as a P&C Manager with strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
    • Demonstrated people leadership skills
    • Experience in managing complex ER cases
    • Track record of championing change and delivering successful projects
    • Preferably, background in professional services

    This role is based in Sydney CBD office 3 days a week, with a salary of $165,000 + super + bonus.
