What you'll be doing


The role is responsible for implementing and embedding Atturra's People & Culture Strategy and solutions, enabling Atturra to meet its objectives through our dedicated workforce who deliver essential services to our clients.


You will be responsible for partnering with leaders to deliver people programs for the Managed Services business unit, supporting the employee life cycle.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer, People & Culture and Talent team members, and finance team.
  • Act as a key driver to develop, embed and implement the People strategy, HR policies, and practices in line with employment legislation and in support of best practice, effective employee/industrial relations and group policy and programs.
  • Manage endtoend tactical and operational HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Champion and drive culture initiatives to raise our profile as a great place to work and deliver our Australian Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals and plans.
  • Promote and implement effective resourcing, retention and succession plans for leaders and our employees.
  • Support the remuneration and bonus processes and provide salary benchmarking information and advice as required.
  • Oversee the delivery of Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/IR) advice and activities with the business.
  • Monitor and address legal and regulatory obligations to ensure that the organisation complies with local and national laws.
  • Lead, own, and support P&C projects.
  • Manage tasks through the HRIS portal (SuccessFactors) and work within agreed SLAs.

  • Permanent Parttime (3 days/week)
  • St Leonards and Sydney CBD offices

What will make you successful in this role?

  • At least 5 years of relevant HR or People & Culture generalist experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management / Industrial Relations or related Business Management Qualifications
  • Knowledge and ability to interpret the Fair Work Act 2009, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and other relevant workplace legislation.
  • Technology/IT industry experience is desirable, particularly experience with IT managed services/IT support/helpdesk
  • Ability to provide commercially sound, risk mitigating advice and consultation on complex IR/ER issues including performance management and termination.
  • Demonstrated skill to operate within an agile and fast
