    Workplace Support & Services Manager

    9 Month Fixed Term Contract

    Workplace Support & Services Manager is the facilities manager for AMP supporting the delivery of the workplace experience across 6 floors. The focus of this role is split across stakeholder engagement building strong connections with the business and EA community, and vendor management of key contracts and relationships. Within the Workplace Experience team there is exposure to projects, relocations, alongside budgeting and data reporting.

    How you'll make an impact

    • Work with key vendors to ensure the rectification of issues and streamlining of operational procedures.
    • Establish effective relationships with the EA/PA network and key stakeholders to provide effective feedback mechanisms which ensure value and service in the delivery and support of the workplace and experience.
    • Provide support and insights to the colocation strategy and planning process for the resident groups
    • Support the Workplace Operations Senior Manager to optimise the Tenancy and building facilities
    • Ensure compliance with all security and safety standards and protocols
    • Contractor management of suppliers and partners
    • The management and reporting of incidents, repairs & maintenance

    What you will bring to the team

    • Proven experience in a facilities management environment managing commercial premises
    • Broad understanding of FM including experience in management and operations of vendors
    • Outstanding customer-focus with the ability to build collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders and customers.

    With your pro-active attitude and process improvement mindset, you can find efficiencies in existing processes and enhance outcomes. What will set you apart is also your ability to deliver your work within timeframes including excellent attention to detail.

    Experience with Property Assist and Gallagher including budgeting will be well regarded.
