    THE ROLE:
    Due to continued growth Winslow Queensland are actively recruiting for experienced Foreman's and Supervisors to join the team on a full-time basis.

    This role is responsible for the successful delivery of sub-division & Urban projects by ensuring labour, sub-contractors, equipment, and materials are effectively managed.

    ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor within the subdivision, roads, or drainage industry
  • Experience in working with Government based clients
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Building rapport with sub-contractors
  • Solid people management skills

    • Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Forecasting and programming
  • Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
  • Efficient and economic use of resources
  • Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
  • Startups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
  • Mitigating and reporting incidences
  • Audits and reporting
  • Referring and communicating requirements of DBYD, PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs
