This is a fantastic opportunity to adjust your career within the civil construction industry by getting on board with a leading mid-tier contractor on a large scale TMR project located in Gold Coast.

We are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator / Commercial Manager with a Quantity Surveying or Engineering background managing all commercial agreements, contracts, cash flow across a $300M TMR project and a team.

This will be a challenging role that will demand previous experience in contractual disputes, negotiation solutions with demanding clients in civil engineering.

While providing support to the delivery team in a commercial sense, you will be reporting into the Project Director and your duties will include:

Assist Project Managers in subcontractor and consultant management**:

Manage head contract variations and scope changes:

Develop cost controls for projects and reporting requirements:

Account finalisation of head contract and subcontracts**:

Manage a team of contract administrator's and accounts

This is a highly rewarding role that will ensure employment for 2+ years on the Gold Coast and future work moving forward in their QLD offices.

You will require a minimum of 10 years of similar experience in commercial management in civil construction preferably civil / main roads infrastructure.

Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar is desirable.
