Gold Coast Office and opportunity to travel for projects.

Our client specialises in Civil Contracting and Project Management services for government, development and resource sector clients, working on public and private infrastructure projects and are seeking keen Civil Supervisors to join their team.

Variety of projects across Queensland and other states to be involved in giving you short term FIFO opportunities

About The Role:

In this role you will be responsible for:

Manage the site to optimise project outcomes and maintain high standards.
Drive a positive environment for all works and subcontractors to project and site delivery standard.
Lead daily site check in and communication with the Project/Construction Manager
Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve project milestones.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment.
Work in partnership with the Project Manager/Construction Manager and Director.
Ensure works are compliant with the project's environmental requirements
Planning the works to comply with the project's local community requirements and restrictions.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience in restoration works, Civil Infrastructure, Stabilisation, Roads, Culvert Upgrades or Civil Construction desirable.
Open to Travelling for Projects.
Australian Drivers Licence
Full Australian working rights
Construction White Card
QBCC Supervisors Licence preferable
Relevant qualifications, certifications and licences.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and drive standards.
