Opportunity

IEPro is currently working with a leading civil contractor who are looking for two Civil Supervisor to join their Queensland team on a Mine Infrastructure project.

Responsibilities

Supervise all civil construction activities at the mine site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and relevant mining legislation.
Coordinate multiple work interfaces and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee the implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Ensure all documentation, including permits, licenses, and safety reports, is complete and uptodate.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize project delivery and resource allocation.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship, promoting a zeroharm culture.

About You:

You will have a construction white card together with relevant plant operator tickets in addition to;

35 years' experience supervising the delivery of civil construction projects in Australia
Experience with subdivisions and /or civil infrastructure
Understanding of HSEQ management systems, compliance and reporting procedures
Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities and/or TMR
