ARG Workforce is working with a leading civil construction company specializing in storm water projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Labourer to join our team for a storm water project.

Happy to take on and train up younger applicants who eager to further their career in Pipe Laying.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of storm water infrastructure.
  • Perform manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, and backfilling.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Previous experience as a Labourer in construction or civil projects.
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card).
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
