    Description
    $200,000+ package per year plus Equity Buy-In

    This is a top mid-tier firm based close to the CBD seeking a new business services / tax partner to come on board.

    This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Manager wanting to take the next step to partnership or for a 1 to 2 partner practice looking to join a larger practice.

    Why look at this role?Perfect opportunity for a Senior Manager at another firm to accelerate their career to partnership
    Equity buy-in within 12-24 months - depending on the fees you are able to bring
    Current practitioners with fees are highly regarded and are encouraged to reach out to us
    Manage and lead a fee base of $1 - $2 million of fees under your directive with a team of staff including a manager underneath
    Fee base mainly comprised of large to medium sized client groups and high net worth family groups
    Work in partnership with the firm's other partners to help grow and develop the practice

    Key outcomes:
    Happy clients - happy with the service and the advice.
    A performing team of managers and junior staff
    Future growth of the firm's fee base long term

    What you will bring:
    Ideally 7+ years Business Services & Tax Management experience managing a team doing close to $1million worth of fees
    Ideally a portfolio of business services clients
    A drive and want to be a director / partner of a firm
    The ability to grow and develop the firm's fee base
    Completion of the CA/CPA program
    The ability to manage and mentor a team of managers beneath you
    A genuine interest in the welfare and continued development of the people around you.
    The ability to join in, and add to, the firm's positive culture.
    The ability to balance your life.
